Born in 1967...she would still give many of todays bitches a run for their money...

Hello everyone, I am still fairly new to the boxer breed and also to this forum.  I have been studying the boxer standard and I am very confused.  I would highly appreciate any help that anyone can share with me.  And the question is: How come we see less and less of these great heads nowadays?  I especially am asking about the correct proportion of 1:2.  Almost all of the pictures posted seem to have the correct proportion but we rarely see them now in the breed?  Thanks, in advance, for your help in helping me understand this. Huh?

Are breeders not breeding for this type of head anymore?
